​Gentle Yoga
 

A gentle style of yoga that focuses on learning prana (breath control) and basic asanas or (postures) while adding movement .  Being mindful  of thoughts and body.   A wonderful place to start if you are new to yoga!

  

 

Yoga Intermediate
 

A solid Hatha style that emphasizes physical alignments and focus.  Learn and build on the basic postures while using prana (breathing techniques) of yoga.  Boost your energy, strength and flexibility.  Cultivating a Hatha Yoga practice in a non-judgemental environment advances self-awareness which encourages students to be in the present moment.  Class posture sequences and instructions are changed up to make things fun!

 

Private Sessions

 

Learn Hatha Yoga at Home:

Enjoy the convenience of having a yoga instructor come to you.  Learn yoga in the privacy of your own home. Contact me for further details.
